Message	Is this: "10-30 VDC/10mA (not included)" what makes you think it will work with 12V? I assume the 10-30 VDC is volts? I'm lost here because the "IN" section would be for the mic's + and - but the mic isn't powered...well, only by a small watch battery and some have no power at all. So where does the power go?
